Facility Manager (m/f/d) Full-time (38.5 hours/week) Your workplace In our bike stations, we operate a work opportunity according to § 16d SGB II for long-term unemployed people with multiple barriers to employment, with and without a history of addiction.

Through the activities in the bike stations, participants experience structure and stabilization with the long-term goal of (re)joining the workforce.

With "parking-renting-washing-breakdown service," we offer a service around bicycles in two large bike parking garages in close proximity to the main train station in Hannover.

In addition, we operate this work project at two other locations, in the Hainholz district and in Barsinghausen. Here, we offer manual work and the opportunity to work in a meeting café.

Your tasks Budget planning and controlling Occupancy responsibility Work organization and deployment planning of a multi-professional team Conducting team and organizational meetings Team motivation Continuous development of the facility concept and quality management system Representation of the facility in internal committees, public institutions, and within the addiction support network and with funding agencies Shift planning and vacation planning Participation in management conferences and departmental meetings, etc.

What you bring University degree in business or social economics or equivalent Experience and competence in management tasks Organizational talent, structured work style, excellent communication skills Team orientation, personal stability, and resilience Openness towards socially disadvantaged people, flexibility, and ability to set boundaries Experience and knowledge in the social administration
