Holiday Inn Express, Dripping Springs - Austin Area is currently seeking a talented individual to join the team as a Sales Coordinator. We look to "craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns" This could be the perfect opportunity to advance your career with a growing and exciting hotel management company

Your Responsibilities:

*Coordinating between the sales department and the other areas of the hotel to ensure exceptional service of the groups and meetings staying at the hotel.

*Responsible for the organization of all catering events that occur at the hotel.

*Conduct site inspections, site tours, soliciting and generating new and repeat business.

*Prepare written correspondence with clients and co-workers.

*Conduct weekly BEO meetings, providing information on upcoming events to all key staff members.

*Assisting with selling guestrooms and meeting rooms as needed.

Qualifications, Perks & Company Information:

*Best candidate will offer 2 years of hotels sales and front desk experience

*Knowledge of IHG systems is preferred

*Strong customer service skills, computer skills, and organizational skills are critical to the success of this position.

*Ideal candidate will be outgoing and a proven self-starter.

*Administrative experience is preferred.

Schedule is flexible and applicants must be able to work a varied schedule as dictated by the level and type of business.
