Dainese also owns the AGV brand, which is a worldwide leader in the manufacturer of motorcycle helmets.

Together, the two brands are the only company to offer full head-to-toe protective gear for motorcyclists, as well as full Mountain Bike and Winter sports protection and functional apparel lines.


Summary:

Handles all repair department customer service, shipping and receiving, invoicing duties as well as diagnosis, troubleshooting, repacking and repair of Dainese D-Air products.


Duties and Responsibilities - Customer Service, Shipping/Receiving, Invoicing: including but not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.


  • Receive and process all inbound paid repairs.
  • Package, process, arrange all outbound shipments to paid repair customers.
  • Organize and keep track of all repair department inventories, spare parts, and supplies.
  • Keep detailed records and calendar of all repairs.
  • With the input of the Aftersales Manager, organize and keep tidy the repair/shipping/receiving areas of the warehouse.
  • Work hard to assure that all work orders are processed in a timely manner with excellent communication and frequent updates to customers.
  • Work together with Master Tailor to quote repairs in a timely manner.
  • Responds to customer inquiries quickly and consistently within Dainese guidelines.
  • Processes invoices and collects payment form customers in a prompt and timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities - Repair: including but not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.


  • Processes all Dainese D-Air repack and repair tickets on a timely basis.
  • Processes all Dainese work orders/paperwork to ensure proper documentation (B2B - AX).
  • Physically perform all repacks and repairs to the highest Dainese standards.
  • Cleaning and conditioning of soiled garments.
  • Provides feedback to those concerned about cause of deployments and function of garments.
  • Reviews repair schedule on a daily basis and follows up on disposition of all outstanding claims.
  • Keeps accurate files and maintains all Dainese service records in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Keeps informed of all Dainese product and software updates.
  • Work closely with Custom Works (CW) Coordinator to ensure all CW alterations are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Works closely with and proactively to learn and assist Dainese master tailor as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
  • Actively work to improve efficiencies and grow sales/profit with Dainese paid repair program.

  • Help with the warranty repair process when needed or requested by the Supervisor.
  • Help to cover other positions within Aftersales/Warranty department as needed.

Education/Experience:

Two-years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Language/Communication Ability:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.


Math Ability:


Reasoning Ability:


Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.


Computer/Electronic Skills:


To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel, Office suite, Microsoft AX, Hubspot.

Ability to troubleshoot simple computer related issues including dead batteries, faulty on/off switches, broken wires. Basic understanding of simple circuitry and electronics.
