    About the role

    In this role as Senior Engagement Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving adoption for Listing Showcase, a new listing tool created by ShowingTime+. In this role, you will be directly responsible for influencing growth metrics for the product with existing customers. Listing Showcase provides a differentiated, online listing display for agents to have their homes stand out on

    You will be responsible for developing a multi-channel engagement strategy across email, text, web, events, etc., and ensuring the implementation of the strategy. This ideal candidate will closely monitor results, and effectively communicate and gather insights throughout the process. You will work closely with our demand generation, content, design, marketing operations and business & operations teams to create a world class experience for Listing Showcase customers across all digital channels.

    Role Responsibilities
    • Delivers engagement and adoption campaigns that are highly measurable and achieve set business goals. Responsible for driving revenue and adoption through creative campaigns for current Listing Showcase customers.
    • Executes the campaign strategy across multiple channels, including but not limited to email, web, paid, and social channels. Collaborates with our marketing demand generation team on execution calendar and timelines.
    • Builds customer segmentation and targeting to deliver messaging that is personalized, complementary, and reinforced across our channels, communicating the right features and content to our customers. Drives revenue and adoption agents for tiered customers who may not have account management support.
    • Owns end-to-end customer contact strategy across new, engaged and lapsed customer segments, fundamentally transforming our approach to a data-driven, test and learn culture. Continuously searches for new channels to engage with customers, with the goal of achieving rapid yet sustainable growth.
    • Lead coordinated marketing initiatives from brief writing and channel planning through launch coordination and execution. Responsible for improving the strengths of each channel while managing stakeholder inputs and feedback throughout the process.
    • Collaborates with marketing operations to establish reporting infrastructure for campaigns.
    • Be an inspiring leader and champion for the partner, gathering feedback and insights to influence engagement marketing strategies, positioning, and deployment.
    This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

    In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $103, $164,800.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.

    In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

    Who you are
    • 5+ years experience in B2B marketing with specific customer lifecycle experience
    • Experience building integrated marketing plans that use both paid and owned channels. Experience driving results across a range of channels.
    • Successful track record of developing and executing channel strategies, including measuring and delivering on performance targets
    • High level of comfort sourcing and analyzing data and consumer/business insights needed to make effective campaign decisions.
    • Experience leading GTM initiatives with cross-functional partners through to a successful and timely launch.
    • Comfortable with ambiguity and change, and have experience in building programs quickly from the bottom up
    • Enthusiastic self-starter with a willingness to operate at both highly strategic and very tactical levels.
    • Outstanding communication skills, including strong writing abilities and proven experience communicating key value messages to a variety of audiences.
