    About the Position:

    We are looking for an energetic and creative individual to help build demand and drive growth in customers and usage across a variety of industry verticals and product offerings.

    Traits that you possess

    1. You are an energetic, self directed person who can run more than one marketing campaign with minimal direction and supervision.
    2. You are creative Apart from experimenting with messaging that best resonates with our intended audience, you can construct experiments on how best to cost effectively identify businesses by geography and industry verticals and reach them across multiple channels of communications.
    3. You are collaborative as in this role, you will be actively working with folks from engineering, product management, product marketing and sales
    4. You like to win and have it in you to celebrate small wins while aiming for ever larger outcomes
    5. You are technically savvy, not merely about the latest tools and techniques (What is your favorite "AI assistant" you use?) but can grasp the intricacies of Qumulo's Scale AnywhereTM architecture, its value to different personas inside and outside of our target customer base; folks ranging from the hands-on administrator to the VP of Infrastructure & Technology.

    Skills you really need to have

    1. You are a great storyteller and write well, exceptionally well.
    2. You are analytical. Growth marketing, designing and running marketing campaigns end to end, to drive usage and demand is a science and a numbers driven process. Statistics do not scare you and you have a naturally tendency to seek and surface patterns in data
    3. You have at least 8 years of experience and done this before; at a growth company with a product targeted at business buyers and ideally at more than one company

    Responsibilities:

    • Own product-led campaigns, end-to-end by developing and executing integrated demand generation campaigns to drive engagement and conversions across various channels (email, social media, targeted advertising)
    • Collaborate with product management, product marketing and sales to create compelling messaging and framing for technical buyers of cloud and hybrid cloud file storageGr
    • Collaborate with product management, product marketing and sales teams to create and optimize landing pages, email workflows, and other assets to support demand generation initiatives.
    • Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns to drive engagement and conversions across various channels (email, social media, targeted advertising)
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reporting and actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness – experiment and refine
    • Leverage insights and drive analysis to identify and refine target audiences and personas that help craft messaging

    The annual pay range for the role is USD $130,000 - $180,000.

    Individual pay depends on various factors, such as role level, relevant experience and skills, and location. Pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the pay range applicable at the time.
