    Description

    Our client is currently looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to join their team in Farmington Hills, Michigan.

    This role will support various administrative tasks within a small team with like responsibilities.

    This is a fully onsite position with a flexible start time. It is a long term contract offering health insurance, PTO and holiday pay.

    Job functions Include but are not limited to:

    • Supporting multiple Director areas (management and staff) with various administrative and support tasks
    • General administrative support for the operation of the R&D facility
    • Managing and booking travel for staff and executives
    • Submitting Purchase Requisitions
    • New staff on boarding preparation
    • Calendar and meeting management
    • Meeting set up, coordination, and execution (in person and virtual)
    • Miscellaneous office support tasks

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Intermediate Skills in applications frequently used for business operations (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Zoom)
    • Good overall computer skills
    • Excellent attention to detail with mindset for efficiently getting things done right the first time
    • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
    • Customer Service Mindset to go above and beyond
    • Previous experience in an administrative assistant role preferred
    • Self-motivated to find more efficient ways of doing things
    • Willingness to work overtime as needed to complete the job
    • Ability to be in the office up to 5 days a week
    • Use of discretion and professionalism in confidential matters

    Other notes

    • A lot of booking travel both domestic and international using Concur
    • Support Directors and their staff, senior managers, employees, etc.
    • Responsible to back up mail room – supplies, etc
    • Manage Calendars, set up meetings if needed, get food / coffee when required for meetings
