    The Health Law Partners, P.C. is seeking a knowledgeable Litigation and Legal Assistant with experience handling all necessary documentation and responsibilities regarding litigation.

    Job Overview

    • Drafting and/or proofreading various intricate documents, including notices of hearing, pleadings, motions, and contracts
    • Creating, organizing, and maintaining case files and contacts
    • Assist attorneys with basic administrative tasks, including managing attorney's calendars, arranging travel, assisting with client billings, time entry, and any other requests as needed
    • Fielding office phone calls in coordination with other office assistants

    Job Requirements

    • Previous paralegal or litigation experience highly recommended
    • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • General knowledge of court workings and procedures
    • Able to manage multiple critical deadlines at once if needed
    • Comfortable handling confidential information
    • Experience with both paper and e-filing
    • Excellent communication and organization skills
    • Must be detailed-oriented, able to multitask, and handle a fast-paced work environment while managing workload with minimal supervision
