    Description

    ARIAS is currently seeking a dynamic leader to join our team. With over a century of experience in the industry, we are passionate about what we do and strive to deliver excellence in all aspects of our business operations.

    As part of the role, you will be responsible for servicing our existing client base of 2,000 businesses, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will lead a small team in carrying out these tasks, providing training and guidance along the way.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Research new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and track results
    • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems
    • Report field activities daily using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Proven time management abilities and meeting deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership qualities
    • Effective prioritization and delegation skills
    • Capacity to perform well in fast-paced environments
    • Passion for assisting others and building relationships
    • Sales or customer service background
    • Self-motivated and focused on goals

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background and personal transportation
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before advancement

    Salary for this position is competitive, paid weekly in the range of $70,000 to $85,000 annually on average. If you are driven, organized, and eager to grow in your career, we want to hear from you!
