    Description

    NUCKOLLS is in search of a dedicated leader to join our team, someone who brings passion and determination to the table. With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are at the forefront of our field. As part of your role, you will master our service processes to cater to our existing 2,000 business clients while also expanding our client base by fostering new relationships through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will lead a small team through the same tasks, guiding and training them.

    As you delve deeper into the position, you will evolve into the Agency Director, honing the necessary skills using our established systems and processes. This full-time role offers a weekly pay between $70,000 and $85,000 on average in the first year.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service the existing client base
    • Explore new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Oversee team activities and results
    • Train and mentor new team members on current systems
    • Provide daily field activity reports using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
    • Comfort in fast-paced and occasionally stressful environments
    • Passion for aiding others and building connections
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach
    • Community involvement mindset
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Clean background and personal transportation are necessary
    • 45-day minimum evaluation period before progression
