    Description

    ARIAS is searching for a dynamic leader to join our team, someone with a strong drive and a clear sense of purpose. With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are pioneers in our field.

    The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing our current client base of 2,000 businesses, while also actively seeking new opportunities through referrals and leads. In addition, you will lead a small team to carry out these tasks efficiently. As you become proficient in our processes and systems, you will progress into the role of Agency Director.

    This position offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year, on average.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Explore new business opportunities within a B2B framework
    • Supervise team activities and monitor results
    • Train and mentor new team members on established systems
    • Provide daily field activity reports using a Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus on daily recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Outstanding organizational skills with great attention to detail
    • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities
    • Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
    • Passion for helping others and building relationships
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community-oriented with a desire to be involved
    • Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S. are a must
    • Clean background check and access to personal transportation
    • Mandatory 45-day evaluation period before potential advancement
