    Description

    NUCKOLLS
    is searching for a dedicated leader to join our team and help drive our mission with enthusiasm and purpose. With a rich history of 120 years, we are pioneers in our industry.

    In this role, you will immerse yourself in our client-servicing processes, managing relationships with our existing base of 2,000 businesses, exploring new opportunities through referrals and leads, and leading a small team to achieve these objectives.

    You will excel in training and guiding your team members, progressively transitioning into the role of Agency Director by mastering our operational systems and protocols.

    This position offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base.
    • Explore new business prospects in the B2B sector.
    • Oversee team activities and performance.
    • Provide training and support to new team members, acquainting them with our operational frameworks.
    • Submit daily field activity reports through Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Focus daily on recruiting, training, and leadership enhancement.
    • Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Outstanding organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Proven track record in time management and meeting deadlines.


    Robust supervisory and leadership abilities.·Capacity to prioritize tasks and assign them appropriately.·Adeptness in fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environments.·Passion for assisting individuals and fostering connections.·Exceptional time management and organizational competencies.·Background in sales or customer service.·Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.·Community engagement inclination.·Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce proficiency is advantageous).


    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
    • Clear background check and access to personal transportation.
    • Completion of a 45-day minimum evaluation period before progression.
