    Description

    NUCKOLLS
    is currently seeking a dedicated leader to join our team, bringing a strong sense of purpose and enthusiasm. With over a century of experience in the industry, we are at the forefront of innovation and success.

    As part of this role, you will immerse yourself in our established processes to cater to our existing base of 2,000 business clients. Additionally, you will focus on nurturing relationships to acquire new clients through referrals and leads, all while leading and guiding a small team to achieve these objectives.

    This position offers the opportunity to hone your skills and knowledge, eventually progressing into the coveted role of Agency Director by mastering our unique systems and methodologies.

    This position offers competitive weekly compensation averaging $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and support the current client portfolio.
    • Explore fresh business prospects within the B2B sector.
    • Oversee team operations and monitor outcomes.
    • Provide comprehensive training to new team members on existing protocols.
    • Submit daily reports on field activities using a Salesforce-based CRM system.
    • Invest daily efforts in recruitment, training, and leadership enhancement.
    • Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Proven track record of effective time management and meeting deadlines.


    Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.·Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate efficiently.·Aptitude to perform well in dynamic and sometimes high-pressure environments.·Passionate about assisting individuals and fostering relationships.·Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities.·Prior experience in sales or customer service.·Intrinsic motivation and goal-oriented mindset.·Community-oriented approach.·Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred).


    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
    • Clean background check and personal transportation are essential.
    • 45-day evaluation period before potential advancement.
