    Description

    NUCKOLLS is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team, bringing passion and purpose. With over a century of industry leadership, our organization offers a unique opportunity for growth. As part of the role, you will engage with our extensive client base, foster new relationships, and lead a dynamic team. Through comprehensive training and skill development, you will progress into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly compensation ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Research new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and results
    • Train and mentor team members
    • Report field activities using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
    • Effective task prioritization and delegation
    • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Passion for aiding others and building relationships
    • Sales or customer service background
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
    • Community engagement mindset
    • Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Driver's License and U.S. work eligibility
    • Clean background and personal transportation
    • 45-day probationary period before advancement
