    Description

    NUCKOLLS
    is seeking a dedicated leader to join our team, bringing enthusiasm and determination. With a legacy of 120 years, we are pioneers in our industry.

    The position involves mastering our service processes for our 2,000 existing clients and expanding our client base through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team to carry out these tasks.

    As you excel in this role, you will progress to become an expert and eventually take on the role of Agency Director by honing your skills within our established systems.

    This position offers weekly compensation (average $70,000-$85,000 in the first year).


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage existing client relationships.
    • Identify new business opportunities in a B2B setting.
    • Supervise team activities and performance.
    • Provide training and guidance to new team members on current systems.
    • Report daily field activities using Salesforce CRM.
    • Focus daily on recruiting, training, and leadership development.
    • Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
    • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.


    Effective supervisory and leadership abilities.·Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately.·Aptitude to thrive in a high-paced and occasionally demanding environment.·Passion for aiding individuals and fostering connections.·Outstanding time management and organizational capabilities.·Background in sales or customer service.·Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.·Community involvement drive.·Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce is preferred).


    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are essential.
    • Clear background check and personal transportation required.
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression.
