    Description

    ARIAS is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team, someone with a strong drive and clear goals. With over a century of experience, we are the frontrunners in our field. In this role, you will master our client service processes, managing a portfolio of 2,000 business clients while also expanding our clientele through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will lead a small team, guiding them in these responsibilities.

    You will progress to become an expert in our systems and processes, eventually taking on the role of Agency Director. This position offers a weekly pay ranging from $70,000 to $85,000, with the first-year average falling within this bracket.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Research new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and results
    • Train and mentor new team members on our systems
    • Provide daily reports on field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruiting, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail abilities
    • Proven time management skills with the capacity to meet deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities
    • Effective task prioritization and delegation skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
    • Passion for assisting others and building relationships
    • Sales or customer service background
    • Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community involvement interest
    • Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Must hold a valid Driver's License and be eligible to work in the U.S.
    • Clear background check and personal transportation
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression
