    Description

    ARIAS is in search of a dedicated leader to join our team, someone with a strong drive and clear objectives in mind. With a long-standing history of 120 years in the industry, we are setting the standards for others to follow. As part of the role, you will be tasked with mastering our client service processes for over 2,000 businesses and expanding our client base through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will lead a small team in these responsibilities, guiding them towards success.

    As you become proficient in our systems and procedures, you will transition into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000, with the average for the first year being $85,000.

    • Service existing client base
    • Explore new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and monitor results
    • Train and mentor new team members on established systems
    • Provide daily reports on field activities using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
    • Proven time management abilities to meet deadlines
    • Effective supervisory and leadership capabilities
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
    • Perform well in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
    • Passionate about assisting others and building relationships
    • Experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community involvement mindset
    • Proficiency in CRMs, with preference for Salesforce

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background check and access to personal transportation
    • 45-day evaluation period before potential advancement
