    Title: Director of HVAC Sales and Service Operations

    Location: Phoenix, Arizona

    Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial HVAC Service Sales Director to lead our sales and service operations in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in the HVAC industry, demonstrating a track record of successful sales leadership and operational management.     Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and service teams to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.
    • Oversee commercial HVAC systems' design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, including large commercial accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
    • Analyze market trends and adjust business strategies to capitalize on new opportunities while managing budgets, forecasting sales, and effectively allocating resources.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the HVAC industry, particularly in a leadership role focusing on sales and service.
    • Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational success in the HVAC sector.
    • Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, including technical, design, and regulatory aspects.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
    • Stable work history, preferably with experience in the Phoenix, Arizona market.
    • Advanced training or leadership certifications in related fields are highly desirable.
