    Description

    Our client is a dynamic and multi-faceted service provider offering a comprehensive suite of engineering, inspection, calibration, commercial, testing, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), and RPS (Regulatory and Compliance) services. We are seeking an Office Manager to join their team and oversee the efficient functioning of their office operations.

    The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and coordinate office administrative activities and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
    • Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
    • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • Maintain office equipment and inventory by coordinating maintenance and repairs and purchasing necessary supplies.
    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as an office manager or similar administrative role.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations is a plus.
