    At the heart of this journey is a complete transformation of our enterprise business systems, as we re-implement core ERP technologies on SAP S/4 HANA.

    We are looking for an experienced ERP IT Program Manager who applies technical background/specialized technology domain knowledge to manage complex projects and/or programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation, or upgrade of technology solutions/services.

    This position will report to the IT Senior Director of ERP Transformation and will be part of the ERP Program Management Office (PMO).


    Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    + Collaborates across organizations to develop detailed plan(s) and manages all implementation processes including change control process, testing, documentation, training, while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, resource allocation, and scope. + Outlines proposals for assigned projects and/or programs including business objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing. + Develops a comprehensive schedule(s) while monitoring future work to proactively adjust for unforeseen scheduling challenges. + Reviews the project/program schedule with all relevant stakeholders to make updates as and when required. + Assesses subproject dependencies and program constructs by leveraging multiple methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and develops project/program indicators to manage program health including schedule, quality, and timelines. + Communicates anomalies clearly by concisely stating the problem and specific impact to the project. + Identifies tasks, assesses costs, identifies, and assigns specific resources, and communicates expectations to team members. + Reviews user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity. + Conducts project/program close out assessment and creates a recommendations report documenting the successful and unsuccessful project/program elements. Effective communication skills with the willingness to translate business outcomes to IT delivery and vice-versa, traversing all layers of an organization, including senior leadership are required. Willingness to effectively work cross-functionally with and through business and IT managers with clarity and brevity; build strong alliance with key stakeholders. Communicate and influence peers and senior management effectively. Qualifications You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

    Minimum Qualifications The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Information Technology or related field and 9+ years of experience OR a Master's Degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Information Technology or related field and 6+ years of experience in:
    + Project management experience (Agile, Scrum) + Prior experience in managing complex, cross-functional, enterprise-wide transformation efforts This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.     (Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California:
    $127,260.00-$203,620.00 Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience Working Model This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
