    We are currently seeking a Home Care Nurse (LPN/RN) to be part of our wonderful nursing team that provides exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their homes. Join us and become a valued member of our close-knit community-focused organization.

    About Us:

Our team is in need of a dedicated Full-time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to work directly with a client in their home environment. Whether you're a recent graduate or an experienced practitioner, we provide comprehensive training to ensure you are well-prepared for this rewarding role.

    Opportunity Details:

    • Case location: Bloomington, MN
    • Client requires specialized care including Trach/CPAP/GJ and complications like CKD
    • Client's residence is home to 2 cats
    • Shift timing: Weeks 1 and 2 covering Sundays and Saturdays from 7 am to 7 pm

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Administering nursing care to the client
    • Assisting in the management of patients' treatment plans
    • Observing and reporting any changes in patient symptoms or behaviors
    • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records
    • Offering guidance and encouragement to patients and their families

    Qualifications:

    • Demonstrate compassion and respect towards all clients
    • Hold a valid RN or LPN license in Minnesota
    • Ability to establish strong relationships with patients
    • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

    Salary:

    $36.35 per hour

    Position:
