    Description

    We are currently seeking a compassionate Home Care Nurse (LPN/RN) to be part of our nursing team, providing support to our clients in the comfort of their homes. Join our team that offers top-notch home care combined with small community values.

    About the Job:

    • Full-time position for a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to assist a 28-year-old client at their residence.
    • New graduates are welcome as we provide training.
    • We cater to multiple clients in the Twin Cities area.

    Client's Case Details:

    • Location: Eden Prairie, MN
    • Age: 28 years old
    • Condition: Cerebral Palsy (CP)
    • No Trach/Vent care required
    • Pets: 4 dogs in the household
    • Schedule: Week 1 and 2 on Thursdays from 7am to 7pm

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide nursing care to the client
    • Assist in managing the patient's treatment plan
    • Monitor and report any changes in symptoms or behaviors
    • Maintain accurate medical records
    • Offer guidance and support to patients and their families

    Qualifications:

    • Demonstrate compassion and respect for all clients
    • Hold a valid RN or LPN Minnesota License
    • Ability to establish rapport with patients
    • Possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

    $36.35 per hour
