    Description

    We are looking for a compassionate Home Care Nurse (LPN/RN) to be part of our nursing team and provide exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their homes.

    At our company, we blend top-notch home care services with a close-knit community ethos, creating a warm and welcoming environment for both our staff and clients.

    About the Job:

    • Location: Bloomington, MN
    • Client: 15-year-old Female
    • Medical Conditions: CP, Epilepsy, Hydrocephaly with VP, ShuntAcure/Chronic Respiratory Failure
    • Treatment: BiPap Overnight and during naps, Vest tx, GT Dependent
    • Schedule: Mon to Fri (7am - 7pm), No weekends required
    • Pets: 1 dog (emotional support/service animal)

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide nursing care to the client
    • Assist in the adherence to the patient's treatment plan
    • Observe and communicate any changes in patient symptoms or behaviors
    • Keep detailed and precise medical records
    • Offer guidance and encouragement to patients and their families

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Hold a valid RN or LPN Minnesota License
    • Approach work with compassion, respecting the dignity of every client
    • Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
    • Display critical thinking skills in challenging situations

    Salary: $36.35 per hour

    Position: Full-Time and/or Part-Time
