    Description

    We are looking for a compassionate Home Care Nurse (LPN/RN) to be a part of our nursing team dedicated to providing top-notch care to our clients right in their homes.

    If you are a newly licensed RN or LPN, this is the perfect opportunity to start your career with us. We have a 21-year-old male client located in Maplewood, MN, who needs your expertise in Trach/Vent care. Plus, there are two cats and a dog in the home to keep you company!

    • Case location: Maplewood, MN
    • 21-year-old male
    • Trach/Vent care required
    • Home with 2 cats and 1 dog
    • Flexible shifts covering weekdays without weekends

    As a Home Care Nurse, your **responsibilities** will include:

    • Providing quality nursing care
    • Assisting in the patient's treatment plan
    • Monitoring and reporting any changes in symptoms or behaviors
    • Keeping precise medical records
    • Offering guidance and support to patients and their families
