    Description

    We're seeking a compassionate Home Care Nurse (LPN/RN) to be part of our nursing team providing support to our clients in the comfort of their homes.

    Client's Case Details:

    • Case location: St. Paul, MN
    • 13-year-old patient
    • Tracheostomy dependent
    • Diagnosed with Hunter Syndrome (MPS II)
    • Suffers from multivalvular heart disease and asthma
    Work 12-hour shifts, including weekends


    Role Responsibilities:

    • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to the client
    • Assist in upholding the patient's treatment regimen
    • Monitor and promptly report any changes in symptoms or behaviors
    • Keep detailed and accurate medical records of the patient
    • Offer guidance and assistance to both patients and their families

    Qualifications:

    • Operate from a place of empathy and respect for all clients
    • Hold a valid RN or LPN license in the state of Minnesota
    • Capable of establishing strong connections with patients
    • Possess excellent problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities

    Compensation:
    $36.35 per hour
