    Description

    We are currently seeking a compassionate Home Care Nurse (LPN/RN) to become a valuable part of our nursing team dedicated to providing exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

    Our company prides itself on offering top-notch home care services while maintaining a close-knit community atmosphere. Join our team as a Full-time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, as you work closely with a 54-year-old male in his residence.

    Details about the client's case:

    • Location: Bloomington, MN
    • Age: 54 years old Male
    • Cognitive challenges
    • Communication through sounds and lip reading
    • Experience with Trach/Vent
    • Gastrostomy tube (GT)
    • No pets allowed
    • Shift Schedule: Mondays and Saturdays from 7pm to 7am during Week 1 and 2 NOCS

    Responsibilities:

    • Offering personalized nursing care to the client
    • Assisting in the adherence to patient treatment plans
    • Observing and communicating changes in patient symptoms and behaviors
    • Maintaining precise medical records
    • Providing guidance and encouragement to patients and their families

    Qualifications:

    • Displaying empathy and respecting the dignity of all individuals
    • Hold an RN or LPN license in the state of Minnesota
    • Establishing rapport with patients
    • Demonstrating robust problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

    $36.35 per hour


    Position Type:
    Full-Time and/or Part-Time
