    Communities of Care offers World Class Home Care with small community values. We're looking for a Full Time OR Part Time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. We have several clients available around the state. New grads welcome

    Details for this case:

    • Great home and family you'll love.
    • Located in Maplewood, MN
    • 21-Year-Old Male
    • Call for more information on cares.
    • Days Shifts Mon, Tues (7a - 5p), and Thurs (7a - 7p), weekends when needed.
    Responsibilities:
    • Administer nursing care to client
    • Help maintain patients treatment plans
    • Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
    • Maintain accurate patient medical records
    • Provide advice and support to patients and their family members
    Qualifications:
    • Work from a place of caring and honoring the dignity of all clients.
    • RN or LPN Minnesota License
    • Ability to build rapport with patients
    • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
