- Identify and pursue new business ventures, both ad-hoc and contractual
- Drive revenue growth within targeted accounts
- Cultivate consensus and secure commitments to close deals
- Stay abreast of industry trends through workshops, publications, and networking
- Proactively seek out growth opportunities and adjust strategies based on market intelligence
- Forecast sales trends and maintain awareness of competitive landscape
- Strengthen our market position with existing clients through regular engagement
- Collaborate with Inside Sales to ensure customer needs are met
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns

- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience in related fields such as electric motors, transformers, or power generation
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Salary: $100K - $140K/yr. base
