    **Associate Customer Service Representative**

    Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Customer Service Representative...

    ****In this role, you will:****

    Support customers with inquiries on financial products and services

    Identify ways to improve customer experience within established procedures

    Perform routine customer support tasks by responding to and resolving customer inquiries and complaints

    Receive direction from customer service supervisor

    Escalate questions and issues to more experienced representatives

    Interact with immediate customer service team as well as internal and external customers on incoming questions and concerns

    ****Required Qualifications, US:****

    6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

    ****Job Expectations:****

    Ability to maintain professional etiquette under pressure

    Ability to make timely and independent judgement decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment

    Ability to work effectively in a team environment

    Good attention to detail and accuracy skills

    Would prefer bilingual candidates

    Training Class to begin on 04/04/2022 and will be for six weeks, Monday Friday, 8 am 5 pm.

    Hours/Schedule: Flexible to work any hours during departments hours of operation. Department hours of operation are: Monday Thursday, 7 am 9 pm, Friday, 7 am 8 pm and rotating Saturday, 7 am 3:30 pm. Hours/Days may change due to business needs.
