One of the fastest growing glass companies in Arizona. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated customer service rep. Experience is not required but would be preferred. Must have problem solving skills, ability to have empathy and desire to help each customer. Must be able to multi-task, be proficient on a computer, be accurate and proficient with your data entry skills. Our CSRs must be able to listen and take care of problems that arise during the day. Their goal must be to help the customer have a great experience. Our CSRs are a pivotal part of our operation. This position comes with a very competitive wage and benefits.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming phone calls from customers, policyholders, and insurance agents.
  • Assesses the needs of callers, collect information and help them with a solution.
  • Schedule customer appointments, verify insurance coverage information, file the claim or give a quote.
  • Help technicians solve problems with appointments, workorders or parts.
  • Work professionally with your coworkers.

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
