    Job Summary:

    The construction project manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing various construction projects from conception to completion.

    This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience as a construction project manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
    • strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
    • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

    $75,000 - $100,000 per year

    Project Planning:
    Develop project plans and coordinate with stakeholders.

    Team Management:
    Lead project teams and ensure collaboration.

    Budget & Schedule Management:
    Monitor budgets, expenses, and project schedules.

    Quality Assurance:
    Implement quality control processes and conduct inspections.

    Risk Management:
    Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

    Communication:
    Serve as the primary point of contact and facilitate collaboration.

    Documentation:
    Maintain accurate project documentation.

    Client Relations:
    Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

    Continuous Improvement:
    Identify opportunities for process improvement.
