Responsibilities:


  • Monitor construction progress and quality to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Participate in contractor scope reviews and selection process.
  • Prepare and present project budgets and progress reports to senior management.
  • Work with contractors to secure permits necessary for the project.
  • Coordinate and manage installation of power, telephone, and gas.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage bidding and selection of owner's vendors.
  • Oversee contractor closeout process and turnover to property management team.
  • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and neighbors.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate development and project management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of sustainable building practices and green building certifications is a plus.
