Project Management Team Assistant (m/f/d):

In a joint project between IT and HR, new personnel processes and the appropriate IT system landscape for the HR department are being designed.

You are part of the project management team. You support the project management in planning, implementation, and tracking in communication with all relevant stakeholders and project groups.

Your role with us:

Close collaboration with the project management and the project management office
Independent and proactive handling of project office tasks
Support in planning and coordinating appointments, pre and postprocessing of project meetings and workshops, as well as tracking of agreed measures
Processing of emails and appointments of the project management, as well as independently initiating measures and forwarding them to the projects
Support in creating presentations for various target groups
