You will be a critical member of a team working to solve real customer pain points.
This isn't your normal position where you may be relegated to one small piece of the company's technology, or a project that doesn't matter.
Instead, you will be instrumental and have the chance to be part of something very meaningful.RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, showing tasks, resources, critical, dependencies and status throughout the life of the project, revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Track and follow up on deliverables, escalate to leadership as required
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
Report and escalate project issues into management as required
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders during the lifecycle of the project
Schedule regular project meetings with project techs, project stakeholders and internal management.
Ensure that risks, issues and changes are documented and managed effectively
Manage projects from inception to completion
Utilize processes and tools to track spend, including approved budgets, actuals and forecasts.
Manage schedules, budget, resources and timelines
Maintain stakeholder alignment and communications
Maintain processes and tools to track project status, including utilization of defined criteria to assess overall project health
Facilitate meetings and coordinate resources to ensure successful projects
Develop, prioritize and track action items and issues, document all necessary items as needed
Collaborative meetings to develop quotations, scope, scheduling, attainment and closure
Clear post project communications to stakeholders for opportunities for improvement
Lead weekly cumulative project reviews with management covering status, recent developments, finance and critical path items
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of IT Project experience in Infrastructure and Applications
Bachelor's degree or similar field of study / work experience, is required
Experience with Project Management tools, Connectwise is a plus
PMP/ PgMP Certification is a plus
An overall general understanding of large IT operating environments. Networks, Data Centers, Office 365, Change Control, Desktop Support, Service Desks.
Self-starter who can work effectively independently as well as in cross functional team environments
Excellent written and oral communications skills and problem solving skills
