    The Specialized Recruiting Group is hiring a Construction Coordinator for a homebuilder client of ours in Charlotte. Check out the full job description below:

    GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

    Construction or Design experience preferred, passion for industry is a requirement.

    Strong internal and external communication skills and positive attitude are necessary

    Open to change + must have a growth mindset

    Highly organized

    Tech savvy

    Passion for growth, internal drive to do better every day

    Self motivated + reliable, deadline + detail oriented

    Follow through mentality - seeing tasks through completion efficiently

    Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Excel + Word and Google Suite

    Understanding that as a small business, each position wears many hats

    POSITION SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

    • Team Support

    -Support Ownership - managing calendars, scheduling appointments, client communications, meeting minutes / call notes, receipt logging, maintain tracking spreadsheets, Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, prepare for client meetings, keep office, supplies and selections organized. Prepare for weekly team meeting and 1:1. Manage Workflows, follow up on tasks that need to be completed. Coordinating services for office (cleaners, supplies, etc). Weekly reporting of selections, inventory, ordering.

    • CRM Coordination

    -BuilderTrend data entry, design and construction selections uploaded with accuracy and released to clients as directed. Lead responses and follow up. Client information requests. Document management.

    • Communication

    -Manage client communications via BT + email daily. , keeping W9's and COI's up to date in CRM, meeting minutes taken for all meetings. Send out weekly client updates.

    • Social Media + Marketing

    Posting and uploading of content on various social media platforms, content scheduling, support for publication pitches, award entry management.

    • Design + Field Support

    -Creating and updating Canva boards, project spec books and design schedules, inventory goods and inventory management. Ordering samples. Returning goods as needed. Order tracking.

    Other duties as assigned
