    Charlotte, NC

    who is actively searching for an experienced

    Construction Project Coordinator

    to work

    ON-SITE , for an opportunity paying between

    $23 - $25 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.


    You will support the project team through providing assistance through different administrative functions, such as record keeping, scheduling, and procurement of equipment and materials.

    Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, pto, and more.

    Requirements of the Construction Project Coordinator

    :

    1-2+ years in commercial construction, focused on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing preferred.
    Proven ability to coordinate schedules, budgets, timelines, and quality control.
    Strong organizational, and communication skills.
    Familiarity with construction management software.

    Responsibilities of the Construction Project Coordinator

    :

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
    Organizing and preparing reports
    Schedule and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, to manage deadlines.
    Coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supply of materials and equipment to complete projects on-time
