    Our client has a brand new opportunity for an IT Project Coordinator to join their team onsite in Charlotte, NC. This is a long term contract opportunity and this resource will work from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. This resource will be responsible for updating calendar events and scheduling meetings in outlook / teams, as well as making calls and creating emails.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Experience and technical background is a plus
    • Previous experience in the banking industry is a plus
    • Experience in planning and schedule management
    • Must have MS O365 skills
    • Strong MS Excel skills and ability to run detailed reports
    • Strong administrative skills
    • Ability to work closely with other offices
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Attention to detail, organization skills, able to multi-task, process oriented
    • Able to work in a fast- paced environment
