- Prepare preliminary budgets, conceptual estimates, and detailed estimates for projects of varying size and complexity.
- Conduct research on prior estimating data to develop guidelines and precedents for future estimates.
- Collaborate with subcontractors to explore Value Engineering options and drive competitive buyouts.
- Utilize material unit costs and square foot costs to build comprehensive estimates.
- Assist in creating proposals for rentals, catering services, and complex RFPs for contracts.
- Liaise with subcontractors and vendors to procure assets and equipment for bids and projects.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure project-specific requirements are met and timelines are streamlined.
- Utilize Procore software elements to ensure proper job outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Previous experience in logistics coordination, project estimating, and/or project coordination preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
