Our client has a brand new opportunity for an **IT Project Coordinator** to join their team **onsite** in Charlotte, NC. This is a long term contract opportunity and this resource will work from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. This resource will be responsible for updating calendar events and scheduling meetings in outlook / teams, as well as making calls and creating emails.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
+ Experience and technical background is a plus
+ Previous experience in the banking industry is a plus
+ Experience in planning and schedule management
+ Must have MS O365 skills
+ Strong MS Excel skills and ability to run detailed reports
+ Strong administrative skills
+ Ability to work closely with other offices
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Attention to detail, organization skills, able to multi-task, process oriented
+ Able to work in a fast- paced environment
