    Amwins Group, Inc. ) is conducting a candidate search looking for

    Amwins has expertise across a diversified mix of property, casualty and group benefits products, and offers value-added services to support some of these products, including product development, underwriting, premium and claims administration and actuarial services.

    Position Summary


    Amwins is looking for a Project Coordinator (Internally titled Coordinator, Real Estate Technology Services) to assist our Real Estate Technical team.

    The Project Coordinator will work closely with other Real Estate team members, MEP associates, General Contractors, Property Owners and project managers.

    The Project Coordinator will be responsible for gathering technical details per project, vendor management and working remotely with third party vendors.

    The Project Coordinator will manage administrative tasks such as document and information distribution, meeting minutes and team communications. This person must be detailed orientated.

    The Project Coordinator candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, the ability to develop and maintain vendor relationships, work in a dynamic environment, multi-task and meet strict deadlines.

    This job will require 10% - 15% travel.

    Responsibilities


    • Maintaining and monitor project plans and project schedules
    • Attending and participating in construction OAC meetings
    • Documenting meeting minutes, following up on action items and decisions from OAC meetings
    • Preparing necessary technical documentation per project
    • Ensuring project deadlines are met
    • Undertaking project tasks as required
    • Ensuring projects adhere to timelines and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
    • Maintain vendor management to include security, sound masking, telecom, low voltage and MEP contacts
    • Manage third party vendors for monitor and workstation installations
    • Work with internet data circuit carriers on coordinating circuit installations with the local general contractors
    • Manage quality of work from third party vendors
    Qualifications


    • 5+ years of computer technical skills
    • 2+ years of working as a project coordinator
    • Proficient with Microsoft products including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Experience in coordinating with teams and other project managers
    • Experience a corporate setting, working with all levels of management
    • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
    • Must be able to multi-task and manage multiple projects at one time
    • Must be detailed orientated
