The Association of Adult Education Centers of North Rhine-Westphalia e.
V. is the largest state organization for community-oriented education in North Rhine-Westphalia. It represents the educational policy interests of all adult education centers under municipal sponsorship.

In the face of multiple societal crises, the association is implementing a project that supports the development of offerings at the 131 adult education centers in North Rhine-Westphalia in the sense of promoting resilience through education.

At the same time, the continuing education institutions themselves are to be strengthened in their ability to act by using their experiences in crisis management from the recent past as a starting point to strengthen the organization as a whole.

The association is looking for a
Project Coordinator (m/f/d) from April 1, 2023.

Responsibilities include, among others:

Management and implementation of the "Resilience Offensive" project (duration
Conception and development of further training/workshops and tools for needs assessment, program analysis, reflection on crisis management experience, and outreach education work
Conception and implementation of professional events and conferences
Evaluation and preparation of materials for continuing education institutions
Collaboration with cooperation partners and service providers
