    Title: Professional Development and Training Manager

    Location: New York City

    Work Environment: Hybrid Work Week (3-days onsite)

    Salary: $175K to $225K plus a performance based bonus

    Job Description:

    The Corporate Senior Manager will mainly focus on hands-on day-to-day support to the corporate training team for the execution of in-house interactive training programs and workshops for Corporate attorneys across all offices. The employee will also assist with onboarding lateral Corporate associates and counsel.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide leadership, strategy, and hands-on day-to-day support to the corporate practice groups for the creation, maintenance, and execution of in-house interactive training programs and workshops.
    • Ensure training organization well in advance and flawless execution.
    • Develop structure/timelines for trainings.
    • Coordinate and execute day-to-day training programs for London associates.
    • Supervise onboarding for new and lateral Corporate associates.
    • Continuously assess training programs and the corporate training resource center.
    • Manage training timelines and meet deadlines.
    • Lead corporate initiatives.
    • Work closely with various departments and firm committees, including Inclusion, Legal Personnel, Business Development, and Alumni Relations, to develop and support initiatives.
    • Collaborate with IT, graphic design, and audio/visual professionals to deliver engaging and efficient programming to onsite and remote employees.
    • Partner with the Events department to ensure seamless program execution.

    Required Skills:

    • 7+ years management experience in talent development or 5+ years as a practicing associate, preferably in a large law firm.
    • Exceptional attention to detail in all written work.
    • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and staff.
    • Proactive approach and ability to work autonomously.
    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a focus on client service.
