General Responsibilities:


The Training Manager will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and implementation of various training and development programs within JASA.

The Training Manager will work closely with the CPIO and the COO to identify training needs, develop training materials, and facilitate training sessions to ensure all JASA employees have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.


Specific Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the CPIO and COO to develop, implement, evaluate and streamline training programs for employees across various departments within JASA.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and tailor programs to address specific skill gaps.
  • Design and deliver engaging (virtual and in person) training sessions, workshops, and materials that align with industry best practices and company objectives.
  • Utilize various training methodologies, including handson exercises, elearning, and onthejob training to ensure effective learning outcomes.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and key performance indicators.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
  • Manage the training budget and provide regular reports to leadership.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Training and Development, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology), and at least 5 years experience in a relevant industry in a large organization

Or 8+ years of relevant training experience for a large organization.

  • Proven success in designing and executing successful training curriculums to meet targeted and untargeted needs.
  • Strong computer and database skills
  • Google Enterprise Suite and Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and leaders.
  • Demonstrated success working with various levels of leaderships
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate strategy into actionable training plans.
Monday-Friday: 9AM-5PM

35 Hours Per Week
