Trump International Hotel and Tower is looking for a Training and Quality Manager to join our dynamic team

This position will be responsible for identifying and assessing training needs through guest and associate feedback and acting as a quality catalyst for the hotel's overall performance; planning, organizing, and directing the hotel's training programs; supervising continuous learning and development opportunities both for line and leadership associates; ensuring consistent compliance with operational standards; promoting continuous operational performance improvement throughout the hotel; reviewing guest satisfaction surveys and preparing necessary reports; rolling out corporate initiatives; assisting with various facets of rooms operations.

Qualifications:

Experience in training, quality, and luxury hotel operations (Housekeeping and Front Office)

Degree in Hospitality Management preferred

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Outstanding attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking, and analytical skills

Outstanding leadership skills and team-oriented

Self-starter, innovator, results-driven

Ability to handle multiple and competing priorities

Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and organizational skills

Salary:
$60,000 - $65,000
