New Holland is one of the most diverse employers in Germany. Every year, we are looking for over 5,000 apprentices in 50 different professions who want to grow and improve with us.

Starting on September 1st, 2024, we are searching for candidates for a 3-year apprenticeship as a Traffic Service Clerk (m/f/d) at DB Fernverkehr AG in Berlin. The vocational school is also located in Berlin-Tempelhof.
What to expect during your apprenticeship:
  • You will assist and advise our customers on our long-distance trains and work in sales and service
  • Knowledge of travel offers, service and safety measures
  • You will acquire important basics of customer consultation and support, marketing, and project management
  • Handling of modern communication and sales systems
  • Providing information and advice to our customers on the long-distance trains
Your profile:
  • You have successfully completed middle school or a higher education degree (soon)
  • You have good knowledge of foreign languages
  • Customer and service orientation are important to you
  • You can remain calm and keep an overview even in difficult situations
  • You are responsible, reliable, flexible, and mobile
  • Shift work and overnight stays in other cities are a welcome change
