Vicki Heda

I am a passionate, self-driven designer. I specialize in helping brands and leaders distill information into clear, legible and digestible stories that support strong messaging for key stakeholders on global scale. I create work that is clean, beautiful and effective. I understand the value of strong and consistent visual messaging through both internal and external avenues.

I have over 10 years experience as a Graphic Designer. For the last year I have been working as a Senior Strategic Corporate Designer, supporting various local, national, and global organizations with design projects.

Prior to that, I worked for Yazaki, a tier 1 auto supplier as a Senior Graphic Designer and Brand Manager for the North and Central America & Europe and North Africa regions from 2018 to 2022. During this time, I was responsible for upholding brand standards globally, creative development of brand assets, and working alongside the executive team to develop content and designs for both internal and external presentations. I worked on a variety of projects, such as developing internal executive presentations, designing templates for cross-departmental use, and creating digital signage and print advertisements. Our largest project was a bi-monthly all employee meeting our team of 4 would run from concept to production in both regions. These live multimedia presentations were highly produced and viewed by thousands of employees across dozens of countries.

Before working at Yazaki, I was a Presentation Graphic Designer at Home Shopping Network (2016-2018), where I was responsible for ensuring all outward-facing decks met brand standards.

My time as a Graphic Designer at Noble International (2014-2016), a biopharmaceutical product development company, was where I discovered my interest in presentation design. Here I specialized in product photography & art direction, designing sales presentations, RFPs and templates for both Word and PowerPoint.

My first professional experience as a Graphic Designer was at Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies (2012-2014). Here I designed marketing materials, emails and created branding and collateral for an annual conference..

I graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from the University of Florida. The Graphic Design program at UF is a limited access program (with a lower than 20% acceptance rate) that focusses on conceptual design thinking in a collaborative environment.

In 2016 I got a MicroMasters in User Experience (UX) Design from the University of Michigan.
