    Oak Essentials is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retention Marketing Coordinator.

    In this role, you will play a crucial part in engaging and retaining our existing customer base through strategic marketing initiatives.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing, customer segmentation, and campaign optimization, along with a keen eye for creativity and an appreciation for luxury lifestyle brands.


    Role and Responsibilities:
    Assist in the development and execution of retention marketing strategies to drive customer loyalty and repeat purchases.
    Manage the end-to-end email & SMS marketing process, including campaign planning, content creation, scheduling, and deployment.
    Assist in creating an engaging and personalized campaign calendar, including product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
    Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize email engagement and conversion rates.
    Segment customer database based on behavior, purchase history, and demographics to deliver targeted and relevant communications.
    Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance to identify areas for improvement.
    Support the implementation of customer retention programs, such as loyalty rewards, referral programs, and personalized incentives.
    Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in retention marketing, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.


    Qualifications and Requirements:


    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.

    Strong understanding of email & SMS marketing platforms (such as Klaviyo & Attentive).Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (such as Google Analytics & Shopify) to track and measure campaign performance.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and brand voice.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Creative thinker with a passion for luxury lifestyle brands and a strong aesthetic sensibility.
    Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

    The annual base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000. The base salary is determined by experience, education, skills, and location.
