We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized
Marketing Coordinator to join our Brand Marketing team The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Brand Marketing Team and reporting to the Sr.

Manager of Brand Marketing.

This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand marketing strategies, campaign execution, and consumer engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities:


  • Social Media/

Community Management:
Support the management of BEIS Travel's social media platforms, including DM management and community engagement.

  • Influencer Partnerships: Support the influencer manager with research/identification of influencers and campaign strategies.
  • Brand Partnerships: Help identify and nurture strategic brand partnerships and collaborations to expand BEIS Travel's reach and visibility.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for brand differentiation.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and executing brand events, product launches, and experiential marketing activations to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics, track campaign performance, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Crossfunctional collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in marketing, branding, or related roles (internship experience is acceptable).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Passion for branding, storytelling, and creative expression.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the brand.

Salary Range:
$ $38.46 Hourly ~ ($72,000 - $80,000 annually)
