Job Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the following:


  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the production of brand materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Support the execution of blog posts and social media posts.
  • Assist in updating website content to ensure it is current, accurate, and optimized for search engines.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
  • Provide administrative support, including reporting, managing calendars, and documenting processes.
  • Work with all departments to ensure that communications are coordinated and onbrand.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Background in hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work with multiple departments.
