Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and respond to inquiries from agents and internal team members regarding AGA programs, events, and resources.
  • Assist agents with accessing, opting into, or requesting support for AGA initiatives.

AGA Attended and Hosted Events:


  • Support in the preparation of AGA events, including coordination of catering, décor, travel arrangements, and procurement of raffle prizes and event supplies.
  • Provide onsite assistance for select events, ensuring smooth operations and representing AGA and its Marketing department professionally.

Content Creation:


  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to generate compelling copywriting and graphic design materials for social media platforms, as well as print and digital collateral.
  • Assist in the creation of engaging content that aligns with AGA's brand identity and marketing objectives.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business or 1+ year of work experience in a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva) is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
