Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to inquiries from agents and internal team members regarding AGA programs, events, and resources.
Assist agents with accessing, opting into, or requesting support for AGA initiatives.

AGA Attended and Hosted Events:

Support in the preparation of AGA events, including coordination of catering, décor, travel arrangements, and procurement of raffle prizes and event supplies.
Provide onsite assistance for select events, ensuring smooth operations and representing AGA and its Marketing department professionally.

Content Creation:

Collaborate with the Marketing team to generate compelling copywriting and graphic design materials for social media platforms, as well as print and digital collateral.
Assist in the creation of engaging content that aligns with AGA's brand identity and marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business or 1+ year of work experience in a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with excellent attention to detail.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva) is preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
