    Job Description

    The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in providing support to the marketing team in a dynamic startup environment. Successful candidates need to have top-notch communication skills, a can-do attitude, a solid work ethic, a professional approach, and collaborative skills.

    Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish.
    • Conduct market research, analyze data, and help in strategizing capture meetings.
    • Collaborate with business development and operations teams to shape winning strategies, integrate sales pitches, and create polished proposals and presentations.
    • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines with efficiency, and demonstrating effective time management.
    • Maintain consistency in external marketing communications by adhering to company branding guidelines for various materials like ads, qualification packages, and awards submissions.
    • Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
    • May require occasional weekend work to meet project deadlines.

    Marketing Coordinator Requirements:

    • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, marketing, event promotion, or outside sales preferred.
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
    • Thrives in a fast-paced setting and can handle multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Ability to adapt to different customer preferences and actively listen to their needs.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Must have access to reliable transportation.
    • Displays integrity, respect, and builds positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and management.
    • Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends.
